By using the ElivioCare website or submitting a care inquiry, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and patients.

2. Services provided

ElivioCare is a home healthcare service provider. We connect families with verified nurses, nursing attenders, and trained caregivers for in-home care. Our services include — but are not limited to — home nursing, elder care, ICU at home, physiotherapy, wound care, and post-surgery support.

ElivioCare is not a hospital, diagnostic centre, or pharmacy. We do not provide emergency medical services. In a medical emergency, please call your nearest emergency number (112) immediately.

3. Booking and care arrangements

Submitting a care inquiry through our website or contact form does not constitute a confirmed booking. A care coordinator will contact you to understand your requirements and confirm availability. Care arrangements are finalised over phone or WhatsApp before any caregiver is assigned.

4. Accuracy of information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when submitting inquiries. Providing false or misleading information may result in us being unable to provide appropriate care.

5. Caregiver credentials

We verify the credentials and background of all nurses and caregivers in our network. However, ElivioCaredoes not guarantee specific medical outcomes. All care is provided according to care plans agreed upon between the patient's family, attending physician (if any), and the assigned caregiver.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ElivioCare shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service in which the claim arises.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of ElivioCare or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
