Overview

Home Nursing brings hospital-quality nursing into your living space. Whether you are recovering after surgery, managing a chronic condition, or supporting an elderly family member, a qualified nurse coordinates care around your doctor’s orders: vitals and observation, oral and injectable medications as prescribed, wound and dressing care, catheter and stoma support where applicable, IV assistance when clinically indicated, and clear documentation so your physician and family stay informed. Shifts can be structured for day, night, or round-the-clock coverage depending on acuity. We focus on safety, infection prevention, dignity, and predictable handovers—so you spend less time travelling to clinics and more time healing where you are most comfortable.

How we deliver home nursing

Enquiry & clinical snapshot

We collect diagnosis, current medications, discharge notes (if any), doctor contact, and preferred visit timings. Urgent needs are flagged for faster triage.

Nurse match & care plan

A nurse suited to your case reviews the file, confirms tasks within scope, and agrees a written shift checklist with your family.

Home visits or live-in shifts

Care begins on schedule. The nurse follows your doctor’s orders, maintains notes, and adjusts daily routines within clinical boundaries.

Review & handover

We review progress with you, share updates for follow-up visits, and replan shifts if your condition or doctor’s advice changes.

FAQs

What is the difference between a home nurse and a general attendant?
A home nurse performs clinical tasks within nursing scope—vitals, prescribed medications, wound care, etc. Attendants help with non-clinical daily living. We’ll recommend the right mix if you need both.
Do you accept discharge summaries and doctor prescriptions?
Yes. Sharing discharge papers, prescriptions, and investigation reports helps us align care precisely and avoid gaps.
Can nursing hours be increased or reduced later?
Yes. Many families start with shorter visits after discharge and extend to longer shifts or live-in nursing if the doctor advises closer monitoring.
How quickly can a nurse start after we book?
Often within 24–48 hours in most areas, depending on shift type and specialist availability. Urgent cases are prioritised when you share clinical details upfront.
Will the same nurse visit every time?
We aim for continuity. If a nurse is unavailable, a briefed colleague covers with proper handover notes so care stays consistent.
Do you provide medical equipment at home?
Nursing includes using equipment you already have (e.g., BP machine, oximeter). For beds, concentrators, or suction units, we can guide you or coordinate via our Medical Equipment Rental service.
How do families living abroad get updates?
We can share structured updates on WhatsApp or email on a schedule you agree—useful for NRIs tracking a parent’s recovery.
What if the patient’s condition worsens at night?
Our nurses follow escalation protocols: stabilise within scope, inform the family immediately, and facilitate urgent hospital referral if required.
